We’re looking for Part-Time CDL B Coach Operators to join our team in providing the best charters and tours around. We’re seeking operators to drive our Art Buses for high-quality reservations in Detroit and around the surrounding area. All of our reservations are local, no overnights.
About the Job
As a driver you’re the front line of our customer service team. You’ll help us operate reservations according to our scheduling software and communicate with customers during their reservation to make sure we appropriately understand their expectations. We’re with you every step of the way and always have our sales and operations staff backing you up to make sure expectations are agreed upon and that each trip goes well for both you and the customer.
We love to see a deep understanding of the transportation industry and the operation of a buses. We do everything on computers so you should be fluent in using the internet, email and software. You should be well-versed in scheduling complex situations and troubleshooting problems that may arise. The ability to think beyond the next 24 hours is essential.
During training, you’ll be expected to be proactive in your process and learn quickly. You’ll get all the support and guidance you need along the way!
